Upgrade your Bachelor of Teaching to a Master of Teaching
Our Master of Teaching offers a unique pathway to a rewarding career. You’ll build advanced research skills and graduate with a competitive edge in the teaching job market. The average income for a postgraduate Master of Teaching (Secondary) recipient is higher than that of a Bachelor Education (Secondary) graduate.*
Here’s what you need to know about the upgrade:
- you need a minimum GPA of 5.5 to be eligible
- the upgrade is one-way, and once the upgrade has occurred, you can’t go back into a Bachelor of Teaching.
- postgraduate study is rewarding, but challenging. Are you ready for a six unit, 9000 word research dissertation?
- the Master of Teaching (Secondary) adds an additional half a year of study
