Global Politics students listen in to Professor Julia Gillard

Professor Julia Gillard fielded student questions in an interview with Dr Benito Cao as part of the Introduction to Global Politics class. Topics included women in leadership and education, and how she would have handled US President Donald Trump as Prime Minister.

Professor Julia Gillard highlighted the efforts of academic staff and students by engaging in new ways of learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.

A big thanks to all the educators and support staff around the nation who are working so hard to keep their students engaged and on track; and well done to students who are adjusting to new ways of remote learning. I’m sure it’s not how anyone pictured their university year.Professor Julia Gillard
