SEPP Prize Day 2025: Celebrating academic excellence

On Tuesday 13 May, the School of Economics and Public Policy (SEPP) hosted their annual Prize Ceremony, bringing together students, staff, and donors to recognise outstanding academic achievement across programs.
This year’s endowed prize included:
- E. Pollard Prize in Economic History
- Archibald Mackie Prize
- EA Russell Memorial Prize
- Professor Tew’s Prize for Economics
- NJ Thomson Memorial Prize
- John Lorenzo Young Prize
- Economics Society of Australia (SA) Bachelor of Economics Prize
86 students received Excellence Awards for exceptional performance in individual courses, a testament to their hard work and academic capability.
We were also proud to celebrate the achievements of our newest PhD graduates:
