Department of Asian Studies

Australia’s expanding relationships with Asia help define who we are. It also provides numerous opportunities for us to benefit from these relations: professionally, academically, for business, or just for fun.

Learning an Asian language and related culture, sets you apart. Your new skills and knowledge can then enhance your life and career, both in Australia and the region.
