Faculty of ABLE Awards for Outstanding Achievement 2023
The annual Faculty of ABLE Awards for Outstanding Achievement were announced on Friday 8 December 2023.
The awards celebrate the outstanding achievement, work, and dedication of our colleagues here in the Faculty of Arts, Business, Law and Economics (ABLE).
Professor Jodie Conduit, Acting Executive Dean of the Faculty of ABLE remarked, "It's an opportunity for us to collectively pause, learn about and reflect on the many talented people we have in our faculty who strive, in alignment with our university values, to achieve excellence and do so with integrity.
Our Awards acknowledge the varied and transformative academic and professional contributions made by our people.
It is such contributions, and their flow-on benefits, that underpin our collective success.
These Awards reflect our passion for all the work we do to support research, teaching, and community engagement.
It’s also an opportunity to be inspired, and to emulate so we become better ourselves.
Each nominee this year has not only made a demonstrable contribution to the faculty but has done so while embracing and exemplifying those core values."
