Julia Gillard talks research with the Fay Gale Centre
In July, members of the Fay Gale Centre met with Julia Gillard to discuss the centre’s research on gender and leadership. This included research on women and leadership (the double bind); the failure of the pipeline metaphor of ‘more women’; new female only appointments in STEM; collective action for women in the workforce and cross-cultural comparisons of women in political life.

2019 Guitarathon is here!
Classical guitar students from the University of Adelaide's Elder Conservatorium of Music will embark on a six-hour performance marathon. In its third year the successful event will kick off at 12.00 pm, Sunday 3 November in Elder Hall.

Historians at the University of Adelaide and Monash University are searching for former Holden employees to interview about their working experiences for an oral history project to be housed at the National Library of Australia.
