The Future of Agricultural Technologies

The Australian Council of Learned Academies (ACOLA) has released its report on The Future of Agricultural Technologies.

The report, which was released on 29 September 2020, is the fifth report produced as part of ACOLA's Horizon Scanning series. It looks at the role of technology in addressing the myriad challenges facing the Australian agricultural industry, including issues such as drought, climate variability and biosecurity. Food Values Research Group convenor, Prof Rachel Ankeny, contributed to the formulation of the report as part of the Expert Working Group.
