evokeAG 2023
On 22 February 2023, Food Values Research Group convenor Prof Rachel Ankeny took part in a panel discussion on consumer insights in the fresh food industry.
The panel also included Tom Rutledge (Co-Founder and CEO, HelloFresh ANZ) and Dr Nina Welti (Trusted Supply Chains Impact Area Lead, CSIRO) and was chaired by Nathan Kinch (Practical Sociotechnology Ethicist, Trustworthy by Design). The session, which was part of the evokeAG event held in Adelaide, focused on the topic of consumer demand for healthy, ethical and sustainable products and the science being developed to verify these claims.
