Hal's Hall

Hal's Hall is a jazz club on the University of Adelaide campus that has been hosting monthly concerts since April 2023. The club, located in the Madley Studio, is a collaboration between the Elder Conservatorium Jazz Department and the Jazz Students' Association. Hal's Hall already boasts an impressive list of local, national and international acts who have conjured soulful music out of the resident grand piano and delighted the jazz lovers in attendance. The venue gives an opportunity for both established acts and up-and-coming musicians to perform, and is a great place to hear alumni of the Elder Conservatorium jazz program whose careers have led them interstate or overseas.

When the Witch reveals that she placed a curse on the Baker and his wife, the pair set off on a journey into the woods to reverse the curse. Here, we encounter a hungry Wolf, the Witch's daughter Rapunzel, and two lovestruck princes. It seems that everyone might live happily ever after, until Jack's beanstalk brings them all a visit from an angry Giant, and the darkness of the world reveals itself. Bookings Available Soon

A satire of big business and all it holds sacred, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying follows the rise of J. Pierrepont Finch, who uses a little handbook called 'How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying' to climb the corporate ladder from lowly window washer to high-powered executive, tackling such familiar but potent dangers as the aggressively compliant 'company man', the office party, backstabbing coworkers, caffeine addiction and, of course, true love.
A tune-filled comic gem that took Broadway by storm, winning both the Tony Award for Best Musical and a Pulitzer Prize, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying boasts an exhilarating score by Frank Loesser, including 'I Believe in You', 'Brotherhood of Man' and 'The Company Man'.
Bookings Available Soon Elegies Thursday 16–Sunday 19 October Little Theatre Second-year Bachelor of Music Theatre students, Joseph Simons (director) Celebrate life, love, and loss with Elegies, A Song Cycle by Tony Award-winning composer William Finn.
