Lunchtime Concert: Viola and Piano Recital

Australian String Quartet violist Stephen King joins with pianist Konstantin Shamray to perform Shostakovich’s final work, the Sonata for Viola and Piano, completed just weeks before the composer’s death.

But first, Shamray performs the work that inspired Shostakovich’s sonata - Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata.
