A concert for, and around, Christmas – with the occasional smattering of non-Christmas fare (just to keep things balanced!) Featuring the Elder Conservatorium Chorale, Teddy Tahu Rhodes (baritone), Karl Geiger (piano and organ) and Associate Professor Carl Crossin OAM (conductor).
The program includes Vaughan Williams' Fantasia on Christmas Carols; Palestrina's O Magnum Mysterium; Tavener's The Lamb; Martin & Blane's Have yourself a merry little Christmas (arr. Crossin); plus new compositions written especially for Chorale by some of the Elder Conservatorium's young composers... as well as some of the old favourites for you to sing with us!
