Connor Whyte wins Adelaide International Classical Guitar Competition

Congratulations to third year Elder Con student Connor Whyte for his impressive first place win in the Adelaide International Classical Guitar Competition.

This most prestigious guitar competition in the Southern Hemisphere has provided career-launching opportunities for eight incredible young guitarists in the past. The winner not only receives AUD $10,000 and a brand new Jim Redgate Guitar (valued at AUD $23,000), but will also receive an invitation to perform at the next Adelaide Guitar Festival (including all travel expenses).
