Waite 100 Gala

Last Saturday 4 May, the University of Adelaide celebrated 100 years of the enduring Waite Gift in a black-tie, stand-up cocktail affair held on the Urrbrae House Croquet Lawns.

The event featured performances from several Elder Conservatorium staff, students and alumni, including:

• The Adelaide Connection Choir
• De Nardi Bevan Duo (Karen de Nardi, violin; Dr Mike Bevan, seven-string guitar)
• Eurelio Trio (Yundi Yuan, piano; Paris Netting, violin and Hamish Netting, cello)
• Steve Neville Quintet; Shawn Hui (piano); Tilly Tjala Thomas (voice); and Teddy Tahu Rhodes with Anna Goldsworthy
• Third-year Music Theatre student Amy McCann.
