ECM Staff Adjudicate Adelaide International Classical Guitar Competition

Four Elder Conservatorium staff members – including Professor Anna Goldsworthy, Associate Professor Carl Crossin OAM, Dr Oliver Fartach-Naini and Dr Anne Cawrse – joined a range of distinguished international guitarists and pedagogues on the adjudication panel for the Adelaide International Classical Guitar Competition Final on Sunday 15 September – the most prestigious guitar competition in the Southern Hemisphere.

Congratulations to the winners Young Taek Jo (First Prize, South Korea), Sotiris Athanasiou (Second Prize, France) and Nene Yokomura (Third Prize, Japan)! A special thank you to the Adelaide Festival Centre Foundation and Jim Redgate Guitars for their generous support of the competition.
