Clarinet Mega Day

Our Clarinet Mega Day on Sunday 13 October at the Elder Conservatorium of Music brought together clarinetists of all levels for a day filled with workshops, masterclasses, and performances. Led by Dr Marie Ross, Dean Newcomb, and ECM Head of Woodwind Lloyd Van't Hoff, the day offered valuable insights into technique, equipment, and historically informed performance, culminating in a most exciting final recital with everyone involved. Participants enjoyed a mix of practical sessions, including a clarinet choir, and had the opportunity to test a range of instruments and accessories, making it a truly interactive and enriching experience for everyone!
