Jakub Jankowski's 'Ritornello' Performed by the Australian Chamber Orchestra

Next week, the Australian Chamber Orchestra is performing Ritornello by Elder Conservatorium alumnus Jakub Jankowski (Bachelor of Music with Honours in Composition; Graduate Diploma in Conducting) as part of their Tognetti.Bach.Mendelssohn national tour (Newcastle City Hall, City Recital Hall Angel Place, Sydney Opera House, Wollongong Town Hall, Melbourne Recital Centre, Hamer Hall, Adelaide Town Hall, Llewellyn Hall, and the Queensland Performing Arts Centre). This is a significant achievement that builds on Jakub's formidable success this year as the recipient of the 2024 John Bishop Memorial Commission for the Adelaide Festival, and his role as the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra's Emerging Composer in Association.
