Sascha Debney-Matiszik Cast in 'Definitely NOT a Hungry Game: A Parody Musical' in the Adelaide Fringe

Bachelor of Music Theatre graduate Sascha Debney-Matiszik has been cast in Dramafreak Productions' Definitely NOT a Hungry Game: A Parody Musical in the Adelaide Fringe – a new parody musical based on the series of a similar name with an 18-song original score. Described by Australian Arts Review as 'a jubilant celebration of the genre's source material', the show made its highly-successful debut as part of the 2024 Sydney Fringe Festival, receiving nominations for Best in Musical Theatre and Cabaret at the Fringe Awards.

'Getting cast was such a whirlwind of emotions,' Sascha says. 'I had never taken on the responsibility of covering multiple roles and was a bit nervous, but with such a fun and hilarious show supported by a great cast the process has been so fun. I can't wait for Adelaide to join us at the games and see who will be crowned the winner!'
