Elder Hall Renovations

Our beloved Elder Hall is receiving some TLC over the next couple of months. There has been a flurry of activity, with the main auditorium becoming a building site as much needed air-conditioning updates have begun. Many of our heavily-used practice and teaching rooms are also undergoing a facelift, with cracks being filled, a fresh coat of paint being applied, along with new carpet and acoustic treatments.

Thanks to our staff and amazing student helpers for all your hard work in packing up copious amounts of sheet music, a variety of instruments, office equipment and some 'interesting' finds buried at the bottom of cupboards!

On Wednesday 25 June, seven grand pianos, five uprights and a harpsichord were moved into storage after rooms were packed up ahead of these exciting upgrades.
