OMA Student Spotlight – Natasha Paran

Huge congratulations to Open Music Academy (OMA) student Natasha Paran, a talented and hardworking Year 10 violinist, on an extraordinary series of achievements this month. Natasha gave a brilliant performance of Max Bruch's Violin Concerto No. 1 in G minor, Op. 26 with the Unley Symphony Orchestra, following her win at the Eisteddfod Concerto Competition earlier in the week with Édouard Lalo's Symphonie Espagnole, Op. 21. She also recently returned from Sydney after taking part in the ACO Academy program. As part of the OMA at the Elder Conservatorium, Natasha is the recipient of the prestigious Jewel Stevens Scholarship and studies under the guidance of Elder Conservatorium staff member Dr Elizabeth Layton. Please join us in congratulating Natasha!
