Dr Oliver Fartach-Naini in South Korea

Teaming up with guitarist Lee Song-Ou, Dr Oliver Fartach-Naini performed at the UNESCO Global Forum in South Korea and gave concerts in Daegu and Busan. Their program featured music by Francis Poulenc, Manuel de Falla and Napoléon Coste as well as three recent compositions by our very own Stephen Whittington.

Dr Oliver Fartach-Naini was also recently awarded a Category 2 Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) grant to support the commission of a new composition by eminent Korean composer Lee Geonyong. Further outcomes will include live performances in South Korea and Australia as well as a video production.
